About Materia Ventures
A venture studio in Newport Beach, California that builds and operates its own brands.
The story
Materia Ventures LLC is the company behind BLOOM10X, ADU10X and HOMES10X. All three are trade names of Materia Ventures LLC, and each one serves one clear market.
BLOOM10X is the studio's growth agency and is operating today. ADU10X started in 2026 and is in market test. HOMES10X started in 2026 and is in development.
How the studio builds and runs brands
One clear market
Each brand is built for one kind of customer. BLOOM10X works with established ecommerce and B2B brands, ADU10X with Orange County ADU builders, and HOMES10X with Southern California real estate agents, teams and brokerages.
One focused service
ADU10X covers one path, from first ad to booked appointment. HOMES10X applies the same model to a new market: one focused service, built for one kind of customer.
Operated by the studio
Materia Ventures operates its brands as well as building them. Each brand story states the current stage: operating, in market test or in development.
